aight i'll be honest i'm not that fond about the lyrics however, it makes sense if you know the whole story(besides it plays into the european union spirit) the music is a different story I'm a 51 year old early gabber and the music mostly comes from Dj paul a man that was one of the creators of happy hardcore but was a well seasoned hardcore dj who could make your ears bleed hence the harder sound in the song that's what speaks more to me. the story of Joost also speaks to me as i lost my father a little earlier than his did

This young man has been singing in church since he was a child. His vocal range is G#2-G#6 but he has reached the 7th octave. I think he is a special case, he is very agile like Yma Sumac was. In this song he sings very loudly for several minutes and his voice is still intact and he adds a whistling voice, crazy! I recommend listening to Stand up and O Holy Night. HUGS!!!!!!!!!!

This is not one I laugh out loud at but as you said their comedy and comedy in general sometimes is about being on the edge. But I do appreciate that you are honest and not just saying it’s good not to offend anyone. Also, if I am correct the line you reacted to was when they sang “Jesus is a w…er” but its a very rough translation, in Swedish the meaning are the same but they do a sort of sophisticated wordplay that I can’t even begin to try in English so the translation doesn’t exactly do it justice but I understand why it was difficult to do it better.
